Director
With a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, Joyce brings an unrivalled drive and passion into her business, achieving record breaking results. Having lived locally to Cupar for over 50 years, she is well known and respected within the community and has created strong and lasting business relationships. Joyce enjoys getting out and about on her e-bike, or touring the UK for clay pigeon shooting competitions with husband, Ian.
Erin Campbell-Lawrie
Director & Property Manager
Erin carries out our property valuations, as well as being responsible for our marketing and general management of the team. Erin's dog Ozzy likes to join her at work and often meets the clients in our Cupar office. When not at work, Erin enjoys going out with friends and working on her cottage renovation with husband, Blair.
Charlene Anderson
Customer Relations
Charlene covers all aspects of customer care, liaising with surveyors and solicitors, and ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout their sale. Charlene is a main point of contact within the office and is always ready to give a warm welcome to our visitors at 56 Bonnygate. Charlene enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and is rather partial to a shopping trip.
Val White
Marketing Support
Val joined the team in 2021 and assists with many aspects of the business including property marketing and customer relations. When not at work, Val enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, as well as weekend breaks in her caravan with her husband and two dogs, Thai and Macey
Gill Laing
Property Relations
Gill is the newest member of the Lawrie office team, having previously worked for us as a viewing agent. Gill oversees our property matching, helping buyers to find their next home, and is also responsible for our client invoicing. When not at work, Gill enjoys travelling, eating out and looking after the family's new puppy, Seb.
